22: Industrial spending for capital and maintenance projects in Pennsylvania is scheduled to rise slightly in 2011 compared with 2010, but there will be significant shifts among industries, according to data tracked by Industrial Info Resources. Industry experts from IIR's Power, Upstream & Downstream Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Metals & Minerals, and Pharmaceutical & Biotech industries will discuss these at an executive briefing Sept. 22 at the Scanticon Hotel & Conference Center, 1160 First Ave., King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
